America’s East Asian Policy and Its Implications for East Asian Integration

[内容摘要] 美国对东亚经济合作采取多边与双边交替使用手法，通过这种变化手法加强对东亚经济的介入、维持其扇形安全体系，具体的表现是对泛亚太区域合作的支持和对东亚次区域主义的抵触态度。对东亚经济一体化进程来说，美国的这一政策弊大于利。

[America’s East Asian Policy and Its Implications for East Asian Integration
[Abstract]Aiming at the process of East Asian economic cooperation, the U. S. wields a double-track method of multilateralism and bilateralism to consolidate its economic superiority and the “fan-shaped” security structure in this area, with its support to pan-pacific regionalism and its resistance against sub-pacific regionalism being the indicator. As for East Asian integration, this policy has more disadvantages than advantages.
